What you will do

Find and onboard carriers; set up their trucks and dispatch fee
Post trucks to the opportunity board and review load options with the carrier
Earn commission on every delivered load of your carriers, tracked in your wallet

What you need

Good spoken English
Freight or sales experience is a plus
