What is a rate confirmation?
A rate confirmation records load details and the compensation agreed between the paying broker or shipper and the carrier. Use the template to put pickup, delivery, freight, rate, and payment terms into a document both parties can review.
Rate confirmation questions
How does the rate confirmation total calculate?
The total is linehaul plus each additional charge amount entered. Review that total against the rate agreed with the other party.
Can I save the rate confirmation as a PDF?
Yes. Select Print rate confirmation and choose Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog.
Are my details stored by UFN?
No. The tool runs in your browser and does not upload your entries to a UFN account or server.
